What happens next?
We aim to process applications within 25 working days of receipt of your application.
Once it has been processed we will send a letter telling you the status of your application and your unique reference number which you will need when you bid for a property.
Additional housing register forms
You must SAVE the forms to your computer/device before completing them otherwise they will not work properly.
|Change of address
||For applicants who are already on the housing register and have changed address.
||If your current home is unsuitable due to medical reasons you will need to complete a medical application form.
||If you are working with a professional individual or a support agency, they can apply for additional priority on welfare grounds on your behalf using our welfare application form.
|Mutual exchange application
||For tenants who would like to advertise their homes for exchange/swap with another tenant.

||For tenants who have found and agreed an exchange with another tenant.
When you have completed a form, please email it to the housing registration team.
