  • 5k+ - already comfortable running 5k? Reach your next goal with our 5k+! Sessions will vary each week, structured to improve your all-round running fitness.

Do I need to book?

To avoid disappointment, we advise runners to book in advance using our online booking portal - especially for our popular Couch to 5k sessions.

Once you log in to the portal you will need to use the ‘Select Site’ menu at the top of the screen to select the relevant starting point for your run. (Note: Runs beginning at venues other than our leisure centres are listed under ‘Community Venues’.)

Make sure to check the full timetable below for upcoming sessions before you book.
