 Banner notices

Riding a bike is a simple, fun and low-impact form of exercise for all ages and we have a range of activities for both children and adults - including cycling lessons, free regular group rides, and our exciting and inclusive Cycle Three Sisters events.

Group rides

Starting out from cycle pods and other points across Wigan Borough, our group rides are completely free and suitable for adults of all fitness levels and abilities… so get on your bike and join us!

We encourage all riders to pre-book their place via British Cycling’s Let’s Ride website(external link).

Bikes and helmets are available to borrow free of charge! But please feel free to bring your own equipment if you have it.

1-2-1 or small group sessions

We’re able to accommodate individuals or small groups of adults who would like to learn how to ride or improve their cycling skills.

Setting out from your local cycle pod on a day and time that suits you, our free sessions use safe, traffic-free spaces to grow your confidence on two wheels.

Bikes and helmets are available to borrow free of charge.
