Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) and Side Roads Order (SRO)

We have made the following orders:

• The Wigan Borough Council (M58 Orrell - Pemberton link road, Wigan) (Classified Road) (Side Roads) Order 2018 on 13th September 2018
• Wigan Borough Council (M58 Orrell - Pemberton link road, Wigan) Compulsory Purchase Order 2018 on 14th September 2018.

The orders will be submitted to the Secretary of State for Transport in due course.
