Coronavirus (COVID-19) → New guidance for those with autism or a learning disability

The government has now published new guidance making it clear that, if you’re autistic or have a learning disability, you can leave your home more than once a day and travel beyond your local area if this is important to your health.

With this in mind, an approved letter has been written for parents/carers living in Wigan borough to carry on their person and present, if stopped by police - find out more about the guidance and print off your copy of the approved letter.
