You must complete the application as an individual. You CANNOT apply as a business.
Before applying for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN), please note the following:
- Applications MUST be submitted within the following specified timescales. Applications received outside of these timescales CANNOT legally be accepted - they will be returned and any fees paid will be refunded
- There are two types of TEN - a standard TEN and a late TEN. These are subject to different processes:
- A standard notice is given no later than ten working days before the event to which it relates. The working days do not include the day the notice is received and the first day of the event
- A late notice is given no later than five working days before the event. The working days do not include the day the notice is received and the first day of the event
