Our Readers Panel helps to make sure we are communicating the best we can. Members of the panel comment on printed material produced by us before it gets published.

This helps us to make sure our information is clear and user-friendly.  It is important that we are using the right words, in the right way, to pass on information.

What you told us

Letters and leaflets were often unclear or full of jargon.

It wasn't always obvious who the information was for.

Instructions on how to respond were confusing.
