If you want to increase your physical activity, HealthyRoutes can:
- Provide 1-2-1 support to help find the right physical activity for you
- Offer help and advice to develop a Personal Health Plan, mapping your route to a more physically active lifestyle
- Accompany you to a physical activity session if you are anxious or nervous about attending for the first time.
Appointments are free and are available at many community venues across the borough.
