We will work with you to develop a Personal Health Plan, identify your barriers and find solutions to help you achieve the results you want.

It doesn’t matter if you have tried every diet going or if this is the first time that you have decided to lose weight - we can help you lose the weight and keep it off.

We provide FREE weight loss 1-2-1 support to motivate you to develop a healthier lifestyle and give you access our new Bitesize mobile phone app.

If you want to lose weight, we offer:

  • 1-2-1 friendly specialist face to face support at community venues across the borough
  • Practical and easy to use weight loss tools and resources such as food diaries and recipes
  • Motivational support within your 1-2-1 or via SMS text motivational messages
  • Advice on other weight related matters such as healthy eating tips
  • Support to maintain a healthy weight
  • To accompany you to groups and services if you need extra help
  • Referrals to other providers for those wanting additional weight loss support such as Lose Weight Feel Great.
