Due to essential maintenance, all services within MyAccount will be unavailable on Wednesday 24th July between approximately 4pm and 6pm. Council Tax and Benefits services and forms will also be unavailable.
This means that the contact centre and Life Centres will be unable to assist you with MyAccount transactions during this time. We advise you to try again after 6pm.
If you are making a new claim and have been affected by the maintenance work, please inform us in the 'Backdate' or 'Notes' section of the relevant forms so that your claim can be backdated. We apologise for the inconvenience.
