• Remaining policies in the Local Plan Core Strategy (September 2013): This allocates a site at North Leigh Park as a key strategic site.
• The Places for Everyone Plan (March 2024)
• Standish Neighbourhood Plan (July 2019)
• Golborne and Lowton West Neighbourhood Plan (July 2023)
• Abram Neighbourhood Plan (January 2025)
