Determination of admission arrangements

The School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2012

In accordance with The School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2012, admission authorities for all schools in Wigan Local Authority have now determined their admission arrangements for 2025/26.

Any person or body has a right to object to admission arrangements, subject to the relevant sections of the above act; conditions to be met (regulation 24) and objections that cannot be made (regulation 21 or 22).

Objections can be made online at GOV.UK (external link) or in writing to OSA, Bishopsgate House, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QE.

These schools are their own admission authorities and set their own admission policies.

Determined admission arrangements for these schools are available on each schools’ website.
