- Getting a mortgage
- Applying to live in a privately rented property
- Applying to live in a new council or housing association property.
There is currently no cost for requesting a tenancy reference from us.
What we check for
A tenant reference will include:
- Confirm tenancy dates
- Any complaints or anti-social behaviour issues
- Any breach of tenancy
- Any rent arrears.
