Current position
Examination of the Golborne and Lowton West Neighbourhood Plan has now concluded and the Plan will proceed to referendum on Thursday 6 July 2023 following modifications.

If 50% of voters living within the Neighbourhood Area vote ‘yes’ then the Neighbourhood Plan will become part of the Development Plan for the borough.
