In today’s world, it's vital that everyone has sufficient digital skills, access and connectivity for life and work. The Digital Communities Partnership is a network of local professionals, organisations, charities and community groups united in their passion for digital inclusion. All partners offer a variety of support opportunities for all age ranges across the Wigan borough.

- Anchor Homes (external link) provide specialist housing and care for people in later life.
- Breaking Barriers (external link) offers bespoke employment and education support to enable people from a refugee background to acquire the knowledge, confidence, and experience they need to secure stable and fulfilling employment.
- CommUnity Corner (external link) is a community space in Wigan West that opened its doors in January 2024 to invite the community to come together and create all kinds of wonderful community connections, friendships, associations and businesses.
- Computer Xplorers Bolton and Wigan (external link) provide fun, engaging and interactive STEM sessions in a variety of settings
- Dementia Buddy social group (external link) are a dementia care and community group that run coffee mornings luncheon clubs, social events, information sessions, horticultural issues in Howe Bridge
- Digital Arts Box CIC (external link) provide fascinating experiences to inspire communities to embrace creativity.
- Direct Technology Communities CIC (external link) T/A North West Computer Museum, provide a variety of different IT related learning opportunities, including a museum of computers, talks, workshops and facilities to explore a wide range of modern and past technologies

- Ekhaya Empowerment C.I.C (external link) aims to alleviate poverty amongst women and children from communities experiencing inequalities through Empowerment, Education and Integration.

- GMP Cyber Protect and Prevent (external link) gives the public advice on how to stay safe online & helping to reduce the chances of becoming victims of cybercrime
- Greater Manchester Mental Health (external link) is a NHS foundation trust that provides life changing care for people with mental health and addiction issues.
- Groundwork Wigan (external link) support local communities and businesses to build capacity and resilience
- Happy Timers CIC (external link) is a community group run by former Wigan Council staff and volunteers. All staff and volunteers are dementia friends. We deliver a variety of events and activities, with our main objective being to reduce feelings of social isolation and encourage new friendships
- Henshaws (external link) supports people living with sight loss and a range of other disabilities to achieve their ambitions and to go beyond expectations.
- HF Works (external link) is a grassroots supportive hub that empowers young people and offers support to families on Higher Folds.
- Higher Folds Community Centre (external link) promotes the physical, social, cultural and economic betterment of the Higher Folds Estate and surrounding areas including brilliant partner organisation Kerry’s Corner Little Library

- Ingeus (external link) support individuals who have been out of work due to health reason to return to paid employment. Delivering the Work & Health Programme and RESTART contract across Greater Manchester

- Read Easy Wigan (external link) provides a volunteer-led reading coaching programme for adults.
- Rebuild with Hope (external link) mentor and support ex-offenders post release by providing employment opportunities and wrap around support making a transition back to their communities as smooth as possible
- Reubens Court Jigshaw Homes (external link) offer person centred mental health support and help develop independent living skills, volunteering opportunities and linking in with community groups.
