- No longer liable for business rates
- Rateable value reduction
- Property removed from the rating list
- Over paid
- Entitled to rate relief
We will try to process the refund via the method the original payment was made, such as to the Debit/Credit Card the original payment was made by, or to the bank account the original Direct Debit payments came from.
In the event that this isn't possible, please provide details of where the refund should be issued.
