What we do
We work with a range of council teams and contractors to provide services that help keep neighbourhoods well maintained and safe. These services include:

- Fly-tipping, graffiti and hazardous waste removal

- Management of communal areas and facilities
- Parking and garage services
- Community safety and environmental improvement work
How you can help
Looking after our neighbourhoods is a shared responsibility.
We ask tenants to:
- Dispose of household waste responsibly
- Keep gardens, driveways and allocated outdoor spaces tidy
- Respect communal areas and shared facilities
- Report repairs, safety concerns and environmental issues promptly
- Help keep neighbourhoods safe and welcoming for everyone
