  • National Insurance number
  • Rent payment reference or tenancy reference or application reference.

This can be found on quarterly rent statements, rent notification letters and the barcoded letter issued for payments at the start of the tenancy.

How do I request a housing repair?

You can report repairs needed in your home on Housing online. You will be able to book, amend and cancel a job online 24 hours, 7 days a week, as well as choose a convenient date and timeslot for your appointment.
