How do I pay for wraparound childcare?

Fees will vary depending on what has been set by the provider and you will need to pay them directly. If you are eligible, you will be able to use tax free childcare or universal credit childcare to help pay for your child’s place (please check the payment types your provider accepts).

Check what support is available to you by using the childcare eligibility checker (external link).

What if wraparound isn’t available in my area?

Parents have the right to request childcare at their child's school if the school does not currently provide wraparound or holiday childcare. The school will need to consider the request and the level of demand to ensure any service would be sustainable.
