Adult Autism Groups in Wigan

There are a range of adult (18 and over) autism groups that run in the borough. Take a look at the following groups to find out more.

Autism Friends Coffee Morning

Social group for autistic adults - chat, play games, have a brew.

  • When? First Thursday of each month
  • What time? 11am - 2pm.

Autism Engagement Group

An opportunity for autistic adults to give feedback to the council on services in the Borough and how things could be improved for autistic people. This is an opportunity for you to have your voice heard!

  • Where? Ashland House, Ince, WN2 2DX
  • When? Second Thursday of each month
  • What time? 10am - 12pm.

Gordon Street Community Garden

No experience necessary - learn to garden with other autistic adults

  • Where? Gordon Street, Wigan, WN1 3DE
  • When? Third Wednesday of each month

Autism Employability Group

Support from Job Centre staff around finding volunteering opportunities or paid work, identifying reasonable adjustments, benefit guidance and employability skills
