Making a decision on what to study and what career path to take can feel overwhelming.

Maybe you're unsure about what to do next or maybe you're concerned that your choices will be permanent and you can’t change your mind.

There's no need to worry because help is available. Your first step should be to spend some time researching careers and the qualifications you might need to apply for roles that interest you.

They provide simple step by step information to help you get started on planning your educational and career future, as well as information about job sectors and industries.

If you’re still not sure what type of career interests you, the National Careers Service have an online skills quiz which takes around 5-10 minutes. Based on your answers it can give you an idea of what type of career might suit your personality and skills.
