Inclusive activities for adults

Banner notices

We offer a diverse range of activities for anyone aged 16 years or over who requires extra support to get started - including individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental illness, sensory impairments or autistic spectrum conditions.

All our sessions are delivered by friendly, qualified and experienced staff and are designed to support people with disabilities to meet new people, be more active and have fun in a safe and welcoming environment.

Activities are low cost and available on a pay as you go basis.

We also encourage friends, family and support workers to come along and join in with the fun. Some activities are free with a Be Well card if you are in a caring role.
