You must complete this form and make a payment online if you propose to erect a scaffold and/or hoarding on the public highway.
We need 48 hours to process your application and issue a licence. Please note that we cannot process a retrospective application. You should make sure that you submit this application form at least 2 working days before the scaffold and/or hoarding is required.
Scaffold or hoarding application fee
This is payable online when the application is made. Licences may be granted for up to 28 days and can be renewed for a further 28 days at an additional cost.
Fees apply per licence, so if you have applied for both a scaffold and a hoarding licence, you will need to pay 2 x application fee.
