Our Tenant Voice Team is here to make sure our tenants are heard, valued and able to influence the services that affect their homes and communities.
We work in partnership with tenants to shape services, improve outcomes and strengthen our communities across Wigan.
We are committed to ensuring that tenant feedback is not only listened to, but acted upon, with clear outcomes shared so you can see the difference your voice makes.
What we do
- Support and encourage tenants to get involved in a way that suits them
- Provide a range of opportunities for tenants to share their views, including focus groups, events and consultations
- Work with services to ensure tenant feedback is used to shape decisions and improve outcomes
- Share feedback outcomes so tenants can see how their involvement has made a difference ('You said, we did')
- Support community-led projects and help access funding opportunities
- Advise staff and services on how to meaningfully involve tenants in their work
