Apply to become a school governor

I would like to register an interest in being appointed as a School Governor as indicated on this form. I agree to the information contained within this application form being shared with relevant parties in order to secure your governor appointment. I have read the grounds for disqualification from being a School Governor and I am not disqualified on any of these grounds. If I am successfully appointed I agree to undergo an Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau Check.
