Citizens Advice

The Citizens Advice service offers free, confidential and impartial advice on lots of different subjects. There are bases in Wigan (at Wigan Life Centre) and Leigh (The Avenue) and you can call in to speak to an advisor. There is also lots of helpful advice on their website, including a section for under 25’s.
