This multimillion redevelopment of the Galleries in Wigan town centre will create a vibrant, thriving neighbourhood in the heart of Wigan.
Working in partnership with Cityheart, the development aims to bring more people into Wigan town centre, to visit, shop, work and live.
Complete with cinema, bowling alley, bars and restaurants, a Hampton by Hilton hotel, new market hall and food court Fettlers will also feature more than 400 homes.
