This multimillion redevelopment of the Galleries in Wigan town centre will create a vibrant, thriving neighbourhood in the heart of Wigan.
Working in partnership with Cityheart, the development aims to bring more people into Wigan town centre, to visit, shop, work and live.
The development will include a new central market hall, a Hampton by Hilton hotel, a vibrant public square and multimedia centre. Fettlers will also feature more than 400 homes.
