3.67 An Open Space, Sport and Recreation Needs Assessment was undertaken in 2007 to identify what needs existed across the borough and to help identify quantitative standards. The Open Space Needs Assessment and the audit that inform it are expected to be updated once every five years.
3.68 The data from the Open Space, Sport and Recreation Needs Assessment will be used to develop quantitative standards for Open Space, Sport and Recreation in the Local Development Framework. This work is ongoing.
