2 Implementation of the Local Development Scheme

2.1 For the year ending March 2010 there were ‘milestones’ in Wigan's third Local Development Scheme (March 2007) for the preparation of three development plan documents, including one - an Allocations and Infrastructure Development Plan Document - on which work had previously been discontinued, and one supplementary planning document, although work continued on two others.
