Inspiring healthy lifestylesIf you talk to one of our Specialist Activity Instructors about your weight loss goals, they’ll be able to offer you a range of fun activities that fit in with your day-to-day routine.

Lose Weight Feel Great is provided by Inspiring healthy lifestyles working in conjunction with Slimming World, so you can take part in some activity as well as learning how to eat more healthily.

You’ll join groups with like-minded people who have similar goals and you’ll be able to work at your own pace.

Also available to Wigan Borough residents are the Inspiring healthy lifestyles activity sessions. You can access over 120 different activities in the Borough at reduced prices. Some of the activities include Aqua Aerobics, Pilates, Tai Chi, Salsa, Cycling and many more.
