Physical activity

It's important in any rounded weight loss programme that you introduce some sort of physical activity. This doesn’t mean that you have to pull on the Lycra and go to the gym; there are lots of different ways to get active in your daily routine.

Why not choose something you enjoy? Or make small changes to your everyday life, like taking the stairs instead of the lift.

The best advice is to try and do some sort of activity every day that lasts for at least 30 minutes, but this can be split up into 10 or 15 minute sessions if it makes it easier.
