EarlyBird Plus

Parents only (no children).

During the session you will be able to meet the team and find out more about the Early Bird Plus which is a parent programme combing group training sessions with individual home visits, where video feedback is used to help parents to combine theory with practice.

The Early Bird Plus programme consists of 8 group sessions, plus 2 home visit weeks when families are visited by one of the professionals to help with individualising learning. The programme is for families of a child aged 4 - 8 years of age with a diagnosis of an autism spectrum condition.

There are two places allocated to each family. The aims of this programme are to empower you (the parent/carer) and help establish further good practice. We will be sharing information about the programme content which will enable you to gain an understanding of the format of the sessions. We will also explain how you can apply for a place on the next EarlyBird Plus course.
