The review is being managed on behalf of Wigan Council by NEC Software Solutions Ltd.

I have received a visit from an officer in relation to the Empty Property review. Is this genuine?
Members of NEC Software Solutions and Oxford City Council have been authorised to conduct visits as part of this empty homes review.
They will visit as part of the normal review process or because a review letter has not been responded to.
They will carry appropriate identification so always ask to see this to verify their identity.
