It’s time to embrace your bonjour, your c’est la vie and your joie de vivre – Francophonie week is back!

Every year during the month of March, Francophiles across the globe are invited to celebrate the french language and culture. 

For the second time Wigan borough is taking part in this special event, and in collaboration with its partners, the Twinning office has organised a range of exciting activities, including:
