Lose weight playing football, with football sessions delivered by Wigan Athletic Community Trust, in indoor or outdoor venues.
It's like 5-aside, but as well as scoring goals on the pitch, you'll be digging deep to hit your weight loss and fitness goals too. You'll have fun getting fit with a mix of skills, drills, small sided games and healthy eating advice.
Open to all abilities. Teams and individual sign ups are welcome.
