What kind of place will our children inherit on their 18th birthday?

What will Wigan Borough be famous for?
How will our children be spending their free time?
These are just some of the questions we are asking about the future of babies born in 2008.
This is an opportunity for you to share your vision for the future as well.
The Wigan Borough Partnership is developing a new Sustainable Community Strategy for the borough of Wigan and wants to talk to babies - well - really to their parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents, friends and neighbours about what kind of future they want for their babies when they turn 18.
