When we compare our 2006-07 results with the latest results 2005-06 for other metropolitan councils, we are in the best 25%.

Performance is better than last year.

Having completed cavity wall, loft insulation of double glazed this rating is at the highest practical level that can be achieved. A Stock Condition Survey will take place later this year which will give a more accurate assessment.
