We achieved 81%.

 "Bigger is better" so we are within target range.

 

When we compare our 2006/07 results with the last survey results (2003/04) for other metropolitan councils, we are in the best 25%.

 

Performance is better than the last survey.

 

Comments on our performance in 2006-07

 

There has been an increase in overall satisfaction with the service. We have implemented ongoing actions to improve satisfaction further.
