1.0 Background

1.1 The Authority to approve the adoption of streets under the Model Agreement has been placed with the Director of Engineering Services. The authority to approve the adoption of streets NOT covered by the Model Agreements to which no objections have been received has also been placed with the Director of Engineering Services.

2.0 Proposals

2.1 Attached to this report is an appendix showing streets, with their details, including lengths, approved for the adoption by the Director under delegated powers.

3.0 Alternative options considered and reason for the recommended option

3.1 Section 38 Legal Agreement preferred option for the Council.

4.0 Conclusions

4.1 Members are asked to note the Director's decision.
