MyAccount is the new way to use council services. As part of The Deal we are asking residents to create an online account to save time and money when contacting us.
Registering for an account is easy and takes just a couple of minutes - all you need to get started is an email address.
What services can I access?
By registering for MyAccount you will be able to securely access the following range of council services:
Council Tax - View your bill, set up a direct debit, make a payment, apply for a discount, change a payment date, tell us about a change etc.
Housing Benefits - Apply for housing benefit, view your claim, tell us about a change, apply for a discount etc.
Housing Rents - Make a payment, view your balance and transactions, print a statement, request a payment card etc.
