What services can I access?

By registering for MyAccount you will be able to securely access the following range of council services:

  • Council Tax - View your bill, set up a direct debit, make a payment, apply for a discount, change a payment date, tell us about a change etc.
  • Housing Benefits - Apply for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction and more. View your claim or tell us about a change.
  • Housing Rents - Make a payment, view your balance and transactions, print a statement, request a payment card etc.
