Closely linked to the Wigan Life Centre and co-located within a range of accessible venues, Life Centres will deliver services based on customer needs and the feedback we receive.
Life Centres will:
- Make it easier for our customers to get in touch with us by face to face contact.
- Answer all Council enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Develop a joined up approach to public service delivery by working with a range of local partners.
- Provide suitable meeting spaces from where local groups can meet up.
- Be developed and opened in every Township by 2012
