Chip and Pin
You can also pay most council bills with a debit/credit card using Chip and Pin machines at Wigan Life Centre. From 2 April 2012 you will also be able to pay using a Chip and Pin machine at Leigh Life Centre. Our other Life Centres will also be getting this facility soon.

Corporate Debt Policy
