Please note that if the information required by the checklist is not submitted with the application the council will consider the application invalid and not register or process it.
The checklist is in accordance with government guidance and will be used to determine which information is requried for proposals on a case by case basis. However, in some limited cases there will be additional information that will be required to determine the application.
Examples are:
- A Crime Impact Statement to show compliance with Wigan UDP Policy EV3A
- A Sustainable Development Checklist to show compliance with Wigan UDP Policy EV3A
It would assist if this information, if required, is submitted with these documents.
