Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2005.

Notes    
#  Where a site area exceeds 0.1 ha or in increases in multiples of up to 0.1 ha, any excess will be treated as being a further 0.1 ha
*  All floor areas are gross and should be measured externally.  Where areas exceed 75m2 or increases in multiples of up to 75m2, any excess will be treated as being a further 75m2.

+  Where Local Planning Authority fails to give written confirmation with 12 weeks the fee shall be refunded.

For combined applications that relate to development in more than one category the amount is calculated in accordance with the table.  The higher of the amounts is the fee payable.

For mixed developments where an application relates to the erection of buildings partly for residential use and partly for other uses, the fee is calculated by adding the amount payable for the number of dwellings to the amount of other floorspace (except for outlines where the fee is the same as for new buildings).
