There is a standard planning application form (1APP) for all types of planning application (except minerals) within England. All applications must use the standard form.
The standard planning application form is available for you to download, or can be submitted online via the Planning Portal (external link) as well as being available in paper format on request. We recommend that you submit via the Planning Portal.
