Informing unknown landowners of your planning application

Applicants for planning permission must, by law, inform all owners of the land that an application is being submitted.

If you do not know who owns the land or part of it you need to:

• Post a notice on the land (.pdf, 54Kb)
• Complete and sign Certificate C to confirm you have posted these two notices (.pdf, 66Kb)
