Wigan Borough Retail and Leisure Study

We commissioned White Young Green (external link)  in association with Donaldsons and NEMS Market Research in November 2006 to undertake a Retail and Leisure Study for us, following a competitive tender process. White Young Green a have a good track record in undertaking similar studies throughout the region.

The study was finished in June 2007. It has looked at the quantitative and qualitative need for additional retail and leisure floorspace through to 2027, and how any ‘capacity’ for additional floorspace can best be accommodated.
