Landscape Design Submissions

This supplementary planning document highlights the minimum standards and quality of landscape design submissions required by the Council.

It sets out key landscape design principles which need to be considered by developers including specialist surveys, tree surveys, access, future maintenance and management plans and invasive weeds. It also gives contacts for further advice.

The Landscape Design Supplementary Planning Document is supplementary to Policy EV3D and other policies in the Replacement Unitary Development Plan.
