The Draft Core Strategy is the version of the Core Strategy that the council wants to submit to the Secretary of State for independent examination, subject to minor changes arising from consultation. As such it is the Proposed Submission Version.
Please note: The consultation on our Proposed Submission Version of the Core Strategy took place from 10th February - 25th March 2011.
As such it is officially the Proposed Submission version. The consultation on the Draft Core Strategy (Proposed Submission version) started at noon on 10 February 2011 and closed at noon on 25 March 2011.
The Draft Core Strategy (Proposed Submission Version) and our proposed schedule of minor changes were formally approved by Cabinet on 7 July 2011 and Council on 20 July 2011. Here is the Schedule of Minor Changes to the Draft Core Strategy for submission to the Secretary of State (.pdf, 243Kb) .
We submitted the Core Strategy to the Secretary of State in September 2011. All individuals, groups and organisations on our consultation database were notified on submission to the Secretary of State and all documents are now available on our Core Strategy Examination Library page.

The Draft Core Strategy includes two maps showing changes to the adopted Proposals Map. You will find them under policy SP3 ‘A key strategic site – Northleigh Park’ in chapter 8.
