Contact Building Control on 01942 404227 during office hours or through our Central Watch on 01942 404040 at any other time. Our Building Control Surveyors operate a 24 hour emergency call service to investigate reported dangerous structures.

The owner of the property is legally responsible. Wherever possible we will always try to get the owner to arrange for any necessary works themselves. Where the owner cannot be contacted, or they are unable to arrange the works, we will arrange for any immediate danger to be removed by our emergency contractors. The costs involved in this will be recharged to the property owner.
